The Gaming Floor in Sarnia
At Gateway Casino Sarnia, the heart of the action is our zone of 150 slot machines. You’ll find it at Hiawatha Horse Park, right on London Line. We’re set up in a building covering just over 53,000 square feet, but most of what guests see is concentrated into about 22,000 of that. We welcomed our first guests at the start of 2020, and the floor’s kept busy ever since.
Ask most regular players and two titles come up over and over again: Dragon Link and Prosperity Link. If you’re here to play, move about as you wish. There’s no sign-up to reserve a seat, no assigned machines, so just pick a favourite or try out a few. If you hit a snag or can’t find something, staff in Guest Services are usually somewhere nearby.
We open up daily from 9:00 in the morning to 1:00 after midnight. Pull in and park – there’s no charge. Non-alcoholic drinks, also on the house, are for everyone playing. Need cash? ATMs are right inside. If accessibility support is needed, for example a wheelchair or alternate communication options, just let us know.
My Club Rewards - What Actually Happens
Enrolling? It’s quick. Pop by the Guest Services desk with a government-issued photo ID. Bring yourself, bring your ID, that’s most of it sorted already. Fill a short form, collect your card, and it’s all set up.
Your card matters. Slip it into each slot machine reader before you play, points will automatically tally while you spin. Checking your balance? Look for the kiosks, or swing back to our desk – it’s up to you.
Redeem points here at Sarnia or at any Gateway property in the network. The main benefit is that rewards aren’t local-only. What you earn here can go straight toward the Express Bar or any other amenity on the property. If you like to mix things up, your points also follow you to Starlight Casino in Point Edward. Handy when you’re jumping between spots.
One suggestion – ask early about status levels. Some rewards programs don’t unlock full perks until you hit a specific tier. The info isn’t always volunteered, and there are sometimes worthwhile benefits packed away in those higher levels.
